KLCC

A wet overcast day was not the day to load my Leica R7 with Kodak Pro Image 100 film that is meant for brighter situations. However, the results were generally pleasing. The indoor shots seem yellowish and were pushing the limits of the film.

The Leica R7 camera and the Leica 28-70mm lens have proved themselves to be able to produce some very fine photos. Any limitations lie with the photographer who has a long way to go in mastering the finer techniques of film.

But he will....

Shah Alam Mosque

My previous photos of the mosque were taken with the Leica R7, however, these photos were taken using Kodak Pro Image 100, a slower film than the 200ASA used for the previous batch.

Overall, the results are pleasing, although I still need to learn to compensate the exposure manually for the brightness of the sky

Central Market. Kuala Lumpur

Nice clear outdoor shot
Noor and I visited the  Central Market in Kuala Lumpur to both explore the shops and try out my Leica R7 loaded with Kodak Pro Image 100 (100ASA) and the Leica R8 with black and white.

Due to a film laboratory problem, none of the B&W's came out! Time to change laboratories!

The small number of shots at the Market were taken indoors without flash and show the limitations of slow film in low light.
Reasonable detail and color
